I must say, this hotel impressed me with its well-furnished and comfortable rooms that had everything I needed. However, the strong smell of Clorox was a downside, making the room a bit unbearable at times. The spacious layout and excellent bathroom partially made up for this issue.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and comfy, the staff was super friendly, and the location was great. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited breakfast options. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although spacious and quiet, could benefit from some updates in the shower area and tiles. The service was efficient and friendly, except for a slightly off moment at the bar. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Madrid. Dining options were varied, although a bit on the pricey side.

Maintenance quickly resolved a minor electronic glitch once they arrived. The service was top-notch, especially a young lady who went above and beyond to accommodate my room change request, even though I was initially offered a downgraded room. The location was excellent for exploring Madrid, and I am certain it will make me return for sure. The dining options were very good with a variety of choices available, despite some minor issues. Overall, a great value for the money.

When I arrived at the hotel, the rooms looked better in photos than in reality. The furniture was old and run down, but the room was tastefully decorated. I appreciated the modern and comfortable feel of the room which was also clean. Great for a quick coffee or tea break.
